Sharon was such a great help in our search for a home. I am very picky when it comes to finding the right home. Previously, in Florida, I looked at over 60 homes, if that gives you any idea.
Well, when we moved to Georgia, Sharon was super helpful and patient, but she also knew when to back off. And she did not follow us around while we looked (big pet peeve of mine).
Although we looked at over 20 homes, we found our family home more quickly. Not only is she a good listener, she has her finger on the pulse of the various communities in this area. And I think she knows almost everyone! We kept stopping to say hello to folks in public.
Closing can be a pain, but Sharon knew what she was doing, and helped us negotiate when we found the 'one'.
